Our goal was to position Joy as the ultimate time-saving solution for busy parents — helping them spend more meaningful moments with their children without compromising on cleanliness.
We tapped into the insight that parents often feel torn between household chores and quality family time. Leveraging Joy’s unique selling point of superior cleaning power in a compact size, we created a campaign centered on the idea of reclaiming precious time.
The Idea
We invited parents to a dedicated microsite where they could create personalized Joy bottle stickers. Each design featured a pledge — such as “I promise to read a bedtime story to Siti every night”
These customized stickers were printed and placed directly on Joy bottles, turning an everyday chore into a powerful reminder of a parent’s personal promise. With every wash, Joy’s superior cleaning power not only saved time but also reinforced the commitment to what truly matters: family.
Result
The campaign resonated strongly with parents, driving high engagement and positive sentiment. Sales of Joy experienced a notable uplift, with many consumers highlighting the appeal of reclaiming time as a key purchase driver. Beyond sales, the campaign elevated Joy’s brand perception and reinforced its role as a household staple for busy families.
